Reviso (“Reviso,” “we,” or “us”) provides a website and online services that allow you to compose documents and edit, review, and collaborate using AI-based and other tools and technologies (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information that we collect or generate through the Services, including when you visit our website (the “Site”), and any other website or service that links to this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information We Collect

Account information. This includes:

We also collect any other information you add or upload to your account profile, including your biographical details and profile photo.
Payment and subscription information, including your purchases, transactions, and billing information. We use a third-party payment processor to manage your payments, and we do not have access to your full payment card information.
Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us online.

If you invite other users to collaborate with you on a document. If you grant other users collaborative permissions to view, edit or download any documents containing your personal information, those users will then have access to the personal information contained within those documents.
If you are invited to collaborate with other users on a document. If you are invited to collaborate with other users on a document, certain profile details, such as your name, email and/or profile picture, may be visible to other collaborators on that document. For example, when you comment on or edit a document, your profile picture and name may be displayed next to your comments and visible to other document collaborators.
With the public. Your profile and documents may be accessible to the public in accordance with your settings on the Services. Any personal information shared on public documents can be viewed and indexed by search engines. We recommend reviewing, and adjusting, your document’s privacy settings if you are using the Services to draft documents which may contain sensitive information.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information with the following individuals or entities:
Service providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Services or our business (such as hosting, information technology, customer support, marketing, email delivery, and website analytics services). We also rely on third-party AI service providers, which may receive your content subject to our agreements with them, to assist us with providing the Services.
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Unfortunately, data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Services from a child under 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
